I made this pie a few days ago and it was a nice change from normal pumpkin pie. It's really creamy and tastes more like pudding. It's one of the fastest and easiest recipes ever. :)Creamy Pumpkin Pie
1/2 cup cold milk
1 package (6 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pumpkin
2 1/2 cups whip cream
1 graham cracker crust
In large bowl beat milk, pudding mix and spice for 1 minute. Whisk in pumpkin. Stir in whip cream. Spread in crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish as desired.
